Naprod Life Sciences is hiring a Project Head to lead capital projects and engineering at our sterile injectables manufacturing facility in Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), Maharashtra — the site that supplies our oncology, anesthesia, and critical-care injectable portfolio to EU-GMP, ANVISA, and WHO-GMP inspected markets.

Role summary

Own project delivery for facility expansion, equipment installation, and utility upgrades at the Boisar site — from scope and budget through commissioning and qualification — while keeping ongoing manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance intact.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute capital projects (new manufacturing lines, utilities, facility expansion) from feasibility through commissioning, on budget and schedule.
Manage EPCM contractors, equipment vendors, and internal engineering teams across design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Coordinate equipment and utility qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) with Quality and Validation to keep new assets audit-ready for EU-GMP, ANVISA, WHO-GMP, and other regulatory inspections.
Partner with Manufacturing and Quality on technology transfer of new products and process changes into the Boisar facility.
Maintain HSE (health, safety, environment) discipline on all project sites, including contractor safety compliance.
Report project status, risks, and budget variance to plant and corporate leadership.

Requirements

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering); relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Substantial experience leading capital projects at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, ideally sterile/injectable operations.
Working knowledge of cGMP, qualification/validation protocols, and regulatory inspection expectations (EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, ANVISA, or equivalent SRA/ROW authorities).
Demonstrated experience managing EPCM contractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
Based at, or willing to relocate to, Boisar, Maharashtra.

Naprod Life Sciences is hiring a Quality Head to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function at our sterile injectables manufacturing facility in Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), Maharashtra — the site behind our EU-GMP, ANVISA, and WHO-GMP inspected oncology, anesthesia, and critical-care injectable portfolio.

Role summary

Own the site’s Quality Management System end to end — batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and regulatory audit readiness — for a facility manufacturing sterile oncology, anesthesia, and critical-care injectables for SRA, ROW, and domestic markets.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the site Quality Management System, including batch disposition, deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
Lead audit readiness and directly host regulatory inspections and customer audits (EU-GMP, ANVISA, WHO-GMP, and other SRA/ROW authorities as applicable).
Oversee QA and QC laboratory teams supporting sterile injectable manufacturing, including in-process, release, and stability testing.
Manage vendor and raw-material qualification, and maintain data integrity across QA/QC systems and records.
Own the product complaint and pharmacovigilance-referral pathway, coordinating with Regulatory Affairs on market notifications where required.
Build and mentor the on-site quality organization; report quality KPIs and risk to plant and corporate leadership.

Requirements

B.Pharm/M.Pharm or a relevant science degree; additional quality/regulatory certifications are a plus.
Substantial experience in pharmaceutical quality leadership at a sterile/injectable manufacturing site.
Hands-on experience hosting regulatory audits (EU-GMP, ANVISA, WHO-GMP, US FDA, or equivalent) and closing findings to schedule.
Strong grounding in QMS, CAPA, deviation management, data integrity, and computer system validation expectations for a regulated injectables plant.
Based at, or willing to relocate to, Boisar, Maharashtra.
