About Naprod
Responsibility runs through the plant floor, not a report.
A sterile injectables facility carries EHS and conduct obligations every shift, every batch. Here is how Tarapur is run, and what is still being formalized for public disclosure.

Environment
Environmental compliance at Tarapur
The Tarapur plant operates inside the MIDC Boisar industrial estate, a designated pharmaceutical manufacturing zone under Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) oversight. Effluent, air emissions, and hazardous-waste handling from a sterile injectables and API operation are subject to MPCB consent-to-operate renewal on a recurring cycle, alongside the site's EU-GMP and WHO-GMP inspection regime, which itself audits facility and utility controls (HVAC, water-for-injection systems, waste segregation) as part of every GMP certification decision — most recently ANVISA's GMP renewal in January 2026, reported by Pharma India Magazine.
Pending approval Site-specific consent numbers, renewal dates, and effluent/emission figures are pending company confirmation before publication.
Worker safety
Operating a sterile, cytotoxic-handling facility
Oncology injectables manufacturing involves cytotoxic and hazardous active ingredients, which under Indian factory law (the Factories Act, 1948, as adopted by Maharashtra) requires documented occupational health and safety controls — personal protective equipment, containment for hazardous handling, and a factory medical/first-aid function — administered under the site's Factory Licence for the Tarapur unit.
Pending approval Naprod's specific safety-training cadence, incident-rate figures, and PPE/containment protocols are pending company confirmation before publication.
Ethics
Code of Conduct and anti-bribery
Naprod's regulator relationships — EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, ANVISA, INVIMA, UAE Ministry of Health, and NHRA Bahrain among them — depend on inspection integrity: findings are reported to regulators as observed, and dossier submissions are not altered to obscure deviations. That standard extends to commercial conduct with distributors, agents, and government interactions in every market Naprod supplies.
Pending approval Code of Conduct — existing internal document or drafting approval pending; anti-bribery policy text and whistleblower-channel details await company sign-off before publication.
