A name held in trust, one generation to the next

Naprod Life Sciences began with its founder. Babulal K. Jain is recorded as founder of the company, which was incorporated in 1990 (CIN U24230MH1990PTC057496) and has manufactured at Tarapur since 1994. The foundations set in those years still describe the company today: one site, and a focus on oncology, anesthesia, and critical-care injectables. Beyond this founding record, no further biographical detail is publicly confirmed at this time.

That foundation now rests with the next generation of the family. Mohan B. Jain, Director of Naprod Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., oversees the Tarapur manufacturing base: the single site behind Naprod's oncology lyophilized output (3.5M units/yr, figures pending confirmation), its oncology liquid, tablet, capsule, and general injectable lines, and its record of direct plant-level regulatory approvals, including ANVISA's (Brazil) GMP certification renewal in January 2026, reported by Pharma India Magazine. He is joined on the board by Manish B. Jain, Director of group company MacChem, and Aarya M. Jain, Director across both houses: the generation carrying the name forward, listed in the roster above.

Stewardship sets direction; the executive team carries it out day to day. The roster above lists every seat with the person holding it: scientific leadership for R&D, corporate quality assurance, plant operations, and quality across both group companies, followed by the business development leads and department heads for quality, formulation and development, and human resources. Founder, family, and executive team stand behind the same single thing: one manufacturing facility at MIDC Tarapur (DUNS 915076185) and the register that documents it. That register carries six accreditations independently verified against the official EU regulator list: EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, ANVISA (Brazil), INVIMA (Colombia), the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, and Bahrain's NHRA, out of roughly 21 targeted for the plant's full international register.
